-Additional flavor layers or mixed flavors.
-Herbal, floral or additional add ins. Ie, Lavender, basil, champagne etc.
Samples must be in a 2 oz souffle cups with lids

Best Non Cake Dessert:
Bring enough samples for 70 people, up to 2 bit size samples, for the
WE Banquet. Banquet attendees will judge after dinner. Not a plated option, more of a dessert table small bite, pickup. One offering should include a '"berry of bakers choice.
