Samples must be in a 2 oz souffle cups with lids

Best Non Cake Dessert:
Bring enough samples for 70 people, up to 2 bite size samples, for the
WE Banquet. Banquet attendees will judge after dinner. Not a plated option, more of a dessert table small bite, pickup. One offering should include a '"berry of bakers choice.
Judging is blind and bakers will be assigned a number, attendees will vote on both best Flavor and design based on the number. No names or branding on the displays or samples. No discussion of entries while judging.
