Bring 2  bite size flavor samples  of white and strawberry flavored cake for 70 people 

to the first day of the 

WE Summit, Summit attendees will judge after 

lunch.

White cake (your best version), with buttercream-no filling. 

Strawberry Cake (your best version), with buttercream- no filling.

Not allowed:

-Alchohol infused flavors

-Additional flavor layers or mixed flavors.

-Herbal, floral or additional add ins. Ie, Lavender, basil, champagne etc.

Samples must be in a 2 oz souffle cups with lids

Best Design

Bring your best spring themed (use of palette flowers) Dummy Wedding 

Cake to the second day of the We Summit, delivered no later than 8:30 am.

Judging is blind and bakers will be assigned a number, attendees will vote on both best Flavor and design based on the number. No names or branding on the displays or samples. No discussion of entries while judging.

Best Non Cake Dessert: 

Bring enough samples for 70 people, up to 2 bit size samples, for the 

WE Banquet.  Banquet attendees will judge after dinner. Not a plated option, more of a dessert table small bite, pickup. One offering should include a '"berry of bakers choice.  

Judging is blind and bakers will be assigned a number, attendees will vote on both best Flavor and design based on the number. No names or branding on the displays or samples. No discussion of entries while judging.

Send up to 6 photos of a single event all on one 

page and a description of the elements in the photos 

that involved the choices of the decorator.

Send in a video reel link and photos (all on one page), 

featuring the DJ, set up display, and additional 

specticle available to couples. Eg. Fog machine etc..

Include a link to your website, couples questionaire 

and a brief description of your business, goals 

and what makes your business professional 

on a PDF Document.
