Both historic properties have clapboard houses with wraparound piazzas. These piazzas are picture-perfect settings for wedding ceremonies. At the Woodburn, the doorway of the Victorian carriage house is another ideal venue for a wedding ceremony. Woodburn has new public restrooms on the grounds as well. Each house has a large open lawn to accomodate tents and tables and small kitchen and outside electrical outlets to accomodate caterers. Parking is available on the grounds and/or entry roads.
